If your B-hyve hose timer is showing that is in the OFF mode, then this article should help with that.
If this is happening, then the most likely cause would be that the battery is low. The B-hyve hose faucet timer will usually turn itself to OFF when the battery reaches anywhere from 20-30%. This is to make sure that once the timer turns on, it has enough power to turn itself back off. The first step we recommend is checking the battery percentage showing for the timer in the app (This can be located on the home page).
After that, no matter what the percentage is, we recommend changing out the batteries. After that, you may need to turn the device back on. To do that, follow these instructions:
- From the Home Page of the app, tap on My B-hyve
- Select Devices
- Tap on your timer
- You should then see Device Run Mode
- Turn the device to AUTO and the device will then be ON
