If you’re getting Flood alerts to your app, but you’re not receiving the audio alerts from the sensor itself, its possible your speaker isn’t making a proper connection. Resetting that connection will typically resolve this issue.
1. Insert a flathead screwdriver into the open slot.
2. Turn the screwdriver 90º to snap open the cover
3. Clear any debris in the Sensor and then reinstall the cover by snapping it back in place
Once reseated, try testing an alert by holding a paperclip to each side of the contacts located on the bottom of the Flood Sensor. While holding the paperclip, you should hear an alert tone and if notifications are enabled, you’ll see an alert on your phone/tablet.Back to Support page
