Thank you for the suggestion but that doesn’t affect the behavior of most concern. The system still delays based on PREDICTED weather whether or not % likelihood or amount (mislabeled as depth) is adjusted. The issue for me is if an unpredicted downpour occurs, the the timer will turn on my irrigation as scheduled –even if the downpour is still going on! What’s needed is a system that monitors not only predicted rainfall but actual rainfall to take account of tropical areas like mine (southern Florida) where predictions are often wildly inaccurate.
