springcreek, To connect to your timer via Bluetooth, first you need to be with in about 30ft of the hose faucet timer, and then open your app. You will then want to select the little connection status symbol, in the top left corner of the home page. It will look like a dot with waves coming out either side. Next select the “Connect Bluetooth” option. Once you have established the Bluetooth connection a notice may pop up stating that your time or other settings may be incorrect. If that shows then power cycle your timer (pull the battery pack out for around 30 seconds). Then turn your hose faucet timer back on and reestablish your Bluetooth connection. Once it is connected to Bluetooth again, then enter your programs section of your app. Select your program to edit it, and then save it. You will want to check you inputted address as well, under your device details page under settings>devices>select your hose faucet timer. Once that is completed you can return to the home page of the app and then select the connection symbol (which should show the Bluetooth symbol instead of the dot), and choose the disconnect Bluetooth option to reconnect to your hub. If you need any other assistance I’d suggest calling our product support team, and then can walk you through it step by step.
