Thanks for the reply. It is a heavy duty 1″ from the pre-assembled 2 manifold system, NPT and pvc connections outside the manifold. New construction so probably some debris, just a little weird that it takes a tap for it to close, seems like a manufacturing issue where the solenoid isn’t moving freely as opposed to debris in the sealing surfaces. It does shut off fully after tapping. The valve next to it works fine, it is only 5′ from the timer that is getting 123V after transforming 240V within 5′. The 240V is what I ran a long distance to avoid excessive voltage drop (lower current).
I will actuate a bunch and then take it apart if it doesn’t work correctly.
Bummer about bluetooth, thought I read somewhere that the 2nd gen had some control via bluetooth, I realize all the “smart” functionality isn’t there until I get wifi.
