Since about the time of the 1.7.30 update, the B-hyve app is always reporting zero soil moisture for all five of my timers. Both on my iPhone 8 and iPad Air 2. I can log into the tech support website and see that the soil moisture for the timers are actually non zero. I called tech support and they were unaware of the issue but the tech was able to reproduce the issue on both IOS and Android devices. He said he would report it to the development team. Is anyone else having this same issue?

I have the same issue, although web shows zero for 3 out of 4 of my timers.
I hope there is a fix coming soon as have read this is common to others too!

The 1.7.31(505) app version that just came out this week appears to have corrected my issue. The app now shows the same soil moisture as the website. So no more always reporting zero soil moisture in the app. Fingers crossed that it keeps working.
