When I access my timer in my mobile app,(iPhone), it shows Zone 1 watering 0 sec left, this is displayed on all zones when timer is actively watering. It seems to be working fine I just think this issue happened when I updated my app. Please help as it is helpful to know what zone is watering and how far along it is…
    Thanks,

HELLO jblack888 & ebartone, I’VE UPDATED YOUR TIMERS FIRMWARE, that should fix it. however you may want to update your Wi-Fi settings too. Please let me know if you have any further issues.

I am having this problem as well. Status shows Zone 1 with 0 seconds left even if other zones are watering.

I have deleted and re-installed the app, same issue. Also reset-wifi settings.

Thank you that seems to have fixed it. Is there a way to get firmware updates automatically so we always have the latest, or notified that a new update is available? Perhaps the app or unit itself can check on a regular interval?

They should update automatically when a new version is created and pushed out to us. You timer would just need to be connected o the internet. I believe your timer was still on debug which is the default that all of out timers are shipped out with. So your timer bust have been installed after the last update.

Well it looks like that firmware update from 0031 to 0032 held for a few days, but checking tonight the app now is back to showing zone 1 running with 0s left on the timer, when another zone is actually running. Any ideas?

kgambon, as long as the timer is running how it is supposed to that may just be a display issue with the app, please look for an update (1.7.26) that is coming out soon which should resolve this issue.

I am having the same problem with the app displaying zone 1 has 0 seconds remaining while it has been running zone 5. It won’t shutoff unless I stop it in the app. I’ve had zone 5 run for almost an hour.

hello austinkay, I’ve updated your firmware for you. So does it still cycle normally though all of your zones? it’s just stuck showing zone one is watering, and then never shuts off after zone 5?

Same problem as others above here is my details 44:67:55:03:4C:84. My app version is 1.7.26 (450). My firmware is 0023. My timer comes ON as it should and goes through the zones. However, in the app is shows station 1 and 0 seconds left. If I manually turn on zones the app works fine but whenever it is automatic it always shows the station 1 and the orange circle. I have reset the WiFi connection several times and I have logged out of my account and reinstalled the app as well.

Hello jmarble, your firmware and app version at currently up to date. Try unplugging your ribbon cable for about 5 seconds, and then factory reset your timer (you wont loose your programming, because it’s set in your app as well). If your issue continues after that please let us know.

I have pulled the ribbon cable and I have done a reset on the timer itself twice. I then waited for the sprinklers to turn ON at 7:00 PM and they never did. So I manually ran a few zones using the app and they worked as designed. So I reset the timer again and waited till today. Now the sprinklers came on automatically and it is going through the zones but in the app the original problem has come back which means the screen is stuck on zone 1 and just an orange circle. There is also a letter that looks like there are several letters on top of 1 letter that is just to the left of blue zone 1 circle that is just below the orange circle.

I’m stepping in for Ryan now, unfortunately he’s no longer with Orbit, school thing.

I’ve pushed the very latest firmware release (v37), which is still in Beta, to your timer to see if this resolves this issue, there were some status issues that were resolved in this so we’ll see if it includes your timer’s issues.

Keep us posted and if you run into any other issues for sure let us know and we’ll get right on it.

    Thank you!
