ParticipantHi, Ryan- I have a few concurrent issues I am hoping you can help with. Put your helmet on…
1. 3 of 4 zones don’t turn off if I run a test **Update: they DO eventually turn off, but not for about a minute or two after the test time is completed). I have to start a new test (even though the water is already running) and tap STOP to turn it off.
2. I have 2 programs- Program A used to say it had been completed, I added Program B, now I get confirmation only for Program B. Both read as “On”. Lawn is DEAD (Lawn is on Program A). I am not convinced Program B is working consistently because all but 3 of the plants are highly drought tolerant and established, they show little to no stress. But the 3 new plants look limp each day and I find myself using the test feature to give them a little more water, but I don’t know if they got any water from the intended program. I would think the confirmation banner means it happened, but I’m not convinced at this point.
3. Calendar for future looks fine with both programs, but past shows no activity for either program. Watering History SHOWS most recent watering occurred as it was planned, except each zone shows less than a minute of running time. In an attempt to watch this happen, I changed the start time from 4:00 am to 8:30 am (the present time), and the first zone started for about 2 seconds, then shut off. None of the other zones even started. However, I repeated the same procedure (forced the start time to the present), and the system started just fine- no unexpected cut-off.
Based on other posts in the forum, I turned off smart watering and also the rain sensor. I’ll keep the start time for when I can observe it, but what other fixes are out there???
Loved this system when it worked…
Thanks!
Amy

ParticipantHello Amy, Could I have your timers mac address to take a look at it from our end? Also just as a reminder when turning off your sensor whichever mode appears (on or off) indicates the mode it was just set to. Do you by chance have a pump? If so have you noticed any fault or error messages on the actual timer screen when it should be watering? You mentioned that you have to set test/manual watering’s for some of your plants, and I just wanted to confirm that they water only one zone/line waters at a time.
Oh, and the calendar will only display future/predicted watering’s. To check what was actually completed you will need to go to your watering history page.

ParticipantThanks so much! For the first time in a while I have been getting confirmations as I would expect. If anything changes, I’ll let you know!
