Community Home › Community › B-Hyve Indoor/Outdoor Timer › BHyve Model 57950 keeps going offline
After working fine for three weeks after installation of the new timer, I now get “timer offline” messages in the bhyve app. The mac address is 44:67:55:02:cd:da Firmware Debug-10. I’ve tried pairing, power off/on, and it works for a while and then goes offline. The wifi symbol is three arcs, steady, not flashing, no exclamation point. When it is working, the wifi symbol fluctuates between 2 and 4 arcs. I connect with Bluetooth, then pair, the app finds the device and the wifi network, but the app hangs after I input the network password.
muralirao, your timer needs a firmware update. so once it gets connected to internet we can push that. You may want to try a factory reset, power cycle the timer and your router, and then unplug the ribbon cable. If you need help getting it reconnected to receive the update just let us know.
