Due to connection problems I deauthorized my hub and hose faucet timer, however I cannot connect to the hub any longer, even after resetting the hub (5 press of button). I get the error message “Cannot find device. Ensure your hubis powered on”.
I read in another post that device needs to be removed from the server.
    The MAC is 44:67:55:21:6B:A0.

    Any help please?

I have the same issue. I see the Hub on my Orbit account but they don’t give you a way to remove it. Both the Hub and Faucet show up in Bluetooth but I get the same error message “Cannot find device. Ensure your hubis powered on”.
This pair was working fine until we had a power outage.
