So I recently bought the wifi faucet/hub combo and set it up initially to make sure it worked inside. Out of the box things worked well but wanted to test flow at the end, so I canceled the process and removed the faucets since I wouldn’t be setting these up outside for a while.

Really that shouldn’t of been a big deal, but after I did that I could no longer connect to the hub. So I did a factory reset on it (pressed the “B” 5 times) which put it in pairing mode, but every time I try to go through the process again… I get an error that says “Device could not be found. Please make sure your hub is powered on” –which it most certainly is.

I’ve tried emailing support, tried the live chat (haven’t called yet because when I get home they are closed) and now have a couple of paperweights.

So far I am not impressed with the functionality of this device. Just removing something from the app shouldn’t cause such a headache nor should I need to go through these hoops just to get it fixed.

Anyone have any ideas I can try before I send these back?

did you remove if off of the account? deauthorize it? Have your tried power cycling your timers and hub, and then try re-pairing them?

I tried to remove it from the account but the website doesn’t give me the option and it thinks it’s the wrong timer.

I’ve deauthorized both faucets… Which started this problem. Everything has been power cycled a few times.

If your devices are still connected to your account could you please send me the mac address for at least one of them? Thank you.

This is the only one showing up on the web app (It’s the hub) and if it can be deleted so I can start this process over, then that would fix everything. Right now I can’t connect to it at all with the phone app as I mentioned above after removing the faucets.

Thank you. When I am able, I will set just the hub up and save the faucets for when I am ready to start using them daily.

If the hub pairing works, then the rest should work as well.

So deleting it from the web fixed my issue. I was able to reconnect the hub (although it still shows on the web as a different timer) and I initially set up one faucet just to connect.

While the operation of the app and needing to go through such hoops to get it to work is frustrating and I hope it improves, I am at least functioning now.
