Like many on this forum, my new BHyve won’t connect. ‘Device not found…” message. Please help, seems like you may have to manually do a firmware update? Thanks!
If you’ve connected it to your phone through the app then we can send an update to your hub, but we would need a mac address. After your hub has been updated your timer should pair.
I have the same problem. I’m able to find and connect to orbit_smarthome_XXXXX but i can not find my device when setting up
Forgot to mention my MAC address is 44:67:55:02:5E:01
elx88, Is this for a 6 station timer? I’ve gone ahead an updated your firmware for you. Also you Don’t have an address entered so your timer may experience issues because of that. added to that you have smart watering enabled, but again no address entered so it will not water properly either due to that.
I’m having the same issue and cannot pair my phone or get the controller to send an Orbit_smarthome_XXXXX wifi signal to connect to. Can someone help?
@Chrisyates this timer is a Bluetooth Hose Faucet timer. It does not have Wi-Fi capabilities built into this at all. You can view our guides on pairing this unit here: https://orbitcomm.wpengine.com/help-center/?stPage=guideListPage-1
There are a few different ways this timer can be paired, so you’ll want to determine which way you’re trying to pair.
