My clock will randomly shut off, losing all power. When I open up the app it says that the clock is offline and will not respond or turn on the sprinklers. I called Orbit about this a few weeks ago and they sent me a new adapter/plug. I am still experiencing the same problem. I have to unplug the clock and plug it back in for it to turn back on a few times a week. This is problematic because the zones should be running, but if the clock has no power then the zones won’t turn on. I followed the person at support’s advice and checked to make sure there is power to the outlet and there is. I have checked the breaker and nothing has tripped. I have even touched the two exposed wires from the adapter together to verify that there is a spark. The only other option I can think of is that the clock shuts itself down? Does this happen to anyone else? Anyone know what’s going on or how I can fix it? I’d hate to go out of town and have the clock shut off and I come home to a brown lawn and garden.
