Hi there, I am having some connectivity issues over wifi. Bluetooth seems to work okay but my two faucet timers have lost connection with the hub. I have attempted to update firmware but it keeps telling me I have the latest version (which is 0032, I thought there were newer versions?). Batteries were replaced less than a fortnight ago.
Hub: 44:67:55:20:7E:CE
Timer 1: 44:67:55:10:B1:0E
Timer 2: 44:67:55:11:24:10
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I checked your hub and it is not showing as connected, please make sure it is still powered on and within range of your router.
If any router settings have changed it will have a blinking yellow/blue light I believe, this means you need to update the wifi settings on the hub.
Check these things and let us know how it goes.
Thanks Josh. I’m not sure what was going on as I could ping the hub over my network. I’ve updated the wifi settings though and the timers have reappeared, thanks.
Are you able to update the firmware for me please? It’s still telling me I’m up to date which I don’t think I am.

I was able to update your hub to the latest version.
Your timers are on the last version we have released.
Thanks!
