Smart watering is off and still with no external rain sensor my wifi sprinkler controller is rain delayed either way. Mac is 44.67.55.02.F3.84
It’s dropped of line numerous times for short periods and may not have the updated firmware. Current version is 0023. Can you help?

Pastot, If smart watering is off, and you have no rain sensor connected you may want to make sure the sensor mode is turned off at your timer. At your actual timer while it is set to auto hold down your rain delay button, until either sensor on or off appears. Whichever on appears is the mode your timer has just been set to. Your timers sensor mode will need to be turned off, and make sure the jumper cable is still between the two sensor terminals in your timer. Currently your timer’s firmware us up to date. If your having connection issues try editing your DNS settings on your router to 8.8.8.8 with 8.8.4.4 as a back-up. You could also factory reset your timer, and unplug your timers ribbon cable for five seconds if you cannot get it to reconnect. There is not much else I can do from here outside of firmware updates, so if you continue to have problems please contact our product support line.
