My controller has worked great for the past 3 months since new. Now it keeps going OFFLINE. I have to go outside and pull the battery out and remove the power to it in order for it to reconnect. I can’t even use the RESET button, as that has no effect on the connection.
How can I get a replacement controller? The firmware is up to date.
Thanks,
Brett Greenberg

Update:
I’ve been on hold now for 28:58 now, according to my iPhone. Still nobody from Orbit will take my call. Nice relaxing hold music, however. Can you call me back? This device is supposed to make my life easier.

I’m not sure if the sprinkler controller’s WiFi receiver is simply wearing out after a few months, or what. The other day I installed a WAP directly over the sprinkler controller. It now has a full WiFi signal and so far no connection issues.
My controller keeps switching to OFF and it will only reconnect if I unplug the device and reset it and then go through the whole set up process again.
Can someone please help me with this and maybe update my firmware.

I looked at your timer, it wasn’t reporting a Name, Location or Firmware version so I named it B-hyve, set the location to a local one here – you’ll want to change that so it sets the correct time and weather, and I updated the firmware.
Please give this a try and let us know if you still have problems.
Thanks!
