We upgraded our router yesterday but have not been able to pair. When we reach the step where we are to select the BHyve it does not appear on the list of available networks. We have had two different people read through the instructions and watch the videos but no luck. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. (On hold for over an hour today with support and no one ever picked up. Wow!)
@jgriffing13 Is your timer in the pairing mode? To get it there, rotate the dial to the off position and then press the reset button. It should show PA1r. Then, go through the update Wi-Fi settings in your app and you should be good to go! If you’re still having issues, please contact us at [email protected]

We did try your suggestion but no luck. We were successful when we originally set it up with our old router. The only different this time is the battery is showing at 1/2 charge versus a full charge. We have sent an email to support to see if they have any further suggestions.
So this is a previously connected device, it’s just your router that has changed recently.
