Hello brandondenns, I’ve updated your firmware. however you will want to make sure you add your address, because it can cause some bugs without it inputted.Spread the love!August 2, 2018 at 1:30 pm #5521
I never had any issues with my timer but I recently reset it as there was a change in my WiFi. Now I am having issues with the timer not following my schedules, not sending me any notifications, and now I caught it watering a zone at 8:45am when it should’ve gone on at 3am. I was loving this timer before but now having issues. Please advise

Hello amajer, You address isn’t inputted so your timer is no longer receiving accurate weather or time updates. Please enter in your whole address, and then update your Wi-Fi settings. I’ve also updated your firmware for you. After you’ve inputted everything turn your timer, and all the rest of your programs back on. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. So I recently had a small power outage and now the timer is back to running despite forecasted rain and has even run while it was pouring outside. I even put a manual rain delay and still got notification that the system went on within that time period. It still seems like I’m logged in and synced. What can I do?Spread the love!October 2, 2018 at 5:43 pm #71986
I just checked your timer and it is currently set to Off mode.

I set it to off because it wasn’t adjusting to the forecast or following my schedule. I turned it on yesterday and it showed that it was all set to water this morning but when I checked I see it never went on.Spread the love!October 8, 2018 at 11:31 pm #72012
I see what you mean, if it was on today it should have watered. Now it’s showing it will water tomorrow.
Any chance you can set a program for a few minutes even an hour ahead and see if it runs? I’d like to see if it’s an actual not watering issue or if it’s a watering complete not sending the event to the server issue.

Thanks. I just set an event for a few minutes ahead and it watered that zone.Spread the love!October 9, 2018 at 6:55 pm #72014
Okay, I checked the logs and it show’s it watered today, let’s see if it waters tomorrow like it should.
Now, about the adjusting for the weather. Custom programs will run for exactly how long you set them and on the days you set them. If smart watering is enabled on the system but not the zone then automatic rain delays will be applied following your Weather Adjustment settings. I checked your settings and it’s currently set to not set a rain delay unless the forecast is for 30% or more chance of rain. If you want the system to set delays and programs you can go to each zone and enter the landscape inputs and then enable smart watering for them and the system will do everything for you. You can either leave the custom programs on or turn them off, either way the system will adjust for both custom watering and rain fall.
Hope this helps!Spread the love!
