    Hello,

I installed my timer and set it up for a program to run twice a day every day. The calendar looks current, and the events show up like they will transpire. However, when it is time for the event, the water doesn’t kick on, the event disappears from the calendar, and the main screen shows the details for the next event. Then the timer will randomly kick on twice a day, but not at the times in the program.

I think there is an issue with the date and time on my device. So for example today (May 15th 2018) I have the timer set for 8pm. 8 PM comes and goes with no water, so I manually run it for 5 min. Then around 8:30PM the timer activates by itself and runs for 5 min. When I look in the watering history there are 2 events. One at 8:45AM and one at 8:59AM, (yes AM) both on January 24, 2015?

My address is in the app for time zone purposes.

    MACs:
    Hub 44:67:55:20:5B:0C
    Timer 44:67:55:10:87:DE

How do I get this fixed?

Update: So this morning the device watered on time, and everything in the app reflects the current date/time for today’s event. I’m wondering if it just wasn’t in sync yet because it was the first time I had used the program feature and it was the same day I created the program. I will report back after some further activity.

Hello [email protected], in our system your devices are displaying the proper date and time as well. The time and date should update automatically through the hubs connection. It may have just taken a little bit since your device was just setup. please let us know if you’re experiencing any further issues.
