ParticipantYour Device is offline, please check WIFI and power for timer.
I get this every day now. I have to unplug the Hub and replug it, sometime I have to Updatge WIFI setting get it to come back. It works for several hours, then the next day when I try, Offline.
Pretty much useless device until this is fixed.
I have one HUB and 2 timers.

ParticipantHi calepa, is your timer within 30ft of your router, and does your Wi-Fi symbol on your timer have an exclamation mark next to it? Also could I have you mac address.

Participanttimer was 10 ft from my router. I moved to another wifi router and so far no issues.
You guys really need some debugging information somewhere reports on what’s going on with the connections..
New bug:
I logged into the https://my.orbitbhyve.com/ and I only see one timer. I see both my timers in the app.
Your APP GUI is terrible.. You guys really need a re-design.

ParticipantMy hub is also going offline (starts blinking yellow) right after resetting it and connecting it to my wifi. The router is 10 ft away, no walls in between. My garden has already seen some plants affected, please resolve quick.

ParticipantHey everyone; I heard from someone on YouTube (seemed to be an Orbit person) that sometimes a device will report as “Offline” when actually it’s just asleep to conserve battery power. Not sure if that’s what was going on.

Keymaster@Salsanvaz are you having similar issues to the thread above? I can see the hub on your account, but it is currently disconnected. I would like to remove the hub from our server so that you can begin the pairing process over for just the hub. Please let me know if this is something you are willing to attempt.
