ParticipantThe past week or so I’ve been getting duplicate and sometimes triple the same notification on the app. I’m on iOS. Is this a known issue recently ?

ParticipantYou could try power cycling your units and then reconnecting them to your hub group. Please let me know if your issue continues after that.

ParticipantHello wtstreetglow, the firmware for you hub has now been updated. Please update your Wi-Fi settings, and let us know if your issue continues.

ParticipantThank you Ryan and sorry about not giving you the Mac id for the hub. I only gave you the Mac Ids for the hose timers. I have update the wifi settings on my hub and will monitor over the next few days.
Do you need the hub Mac id? Based on your response, it seems you could find it on your end.
Could you tell me why my 3 hose timers would have different rain delays when they are all at the same address? Is this normal? (Doesn’t seem logical)

Participantwtstreetglow, No it’s ok, as long as I have the mac address of one of your devices I can pull them all up. Thank you for he offer though! As for why your hose faucet timers would be set to different rain delays it could be because they’re pulling data from different stations. You would also want to check and see if your other weather adjustment settings are set the same. You can check all of these settings by going to settings in your app> devices> select one of your timers> weather adjustments. Just let me know if you have any other questions!

ParticipantRyan I just went to review all of the settings you spoke of and they are identical between the three timers.
Is there anything I can send you that would help you troubleshoot? Or are there any other ideas you have for this issue? I have read a few other reports on the forum of similar issues. Maybe this is a bug?
Thank you for anything additional you may add.

Participantwtstreetglow, thank you for the follow up! Let me look into your issue further, and see if there is anything else that could be causing this issue. Thank you!

ParticipantRyan,
Just checking in with you again on this issue as it just occurred again. Were you able to look into this any further?

ParticipantHello wtstreetglow, I’ve spoken with a developer, and from what they can see it has to do with when the smart functions were active, and what the forecast was at the time. Since they ran at different times the forecasts between each timer are slightly different (for amount, and probability). This is why your devices were set to different rain delays. Sorry for the delay in my response!
