Hi,
apart from winterizing the irrigation system itself, can the b-Hyve controller be left mounted outside in very cold winters? Here in Ottawa, Canada temperatures can dip to -25 or -30 deg. Celcius. If using an outside mount, can the unit be left there through the winter? If not, is it possible to remove the main control unit from its weather box to bring in over winter and leave the mount box empty outside?
As you can tell, I am considering buying the timer, so do not have one to examine myself to determine if the above is possible.
thanks in advance for any help,
AP
Hey AP! Yes! You can leave the timer mounted outside during the winter time without any problems:) Do you have any other questions or concerns?
if it can survive -15 Farenheit, then I am good.
thanks for the quick response,
AP
