Is there a firmware update available for my unit and if so what fixes does it provide.
MAC Address: 44:67:55:03:21:aa
Firmware Version: 0023
Hardware Version: WT25G2-0001
Wi-Fi Version: 0
Currently my smart programming is not working. I get rain sensor message and run-time of zero minutes in every zone. I can use the remote feature and water lawn but would like smart programming to work. It is why I bought the B-hyve unit.
I read some information about having to turn off rain sensor at control unit and did that tonight. I will see if sprinklers run tomorrow without need for manually starting them. It would be nice if the phone app support turning this off.
I would still be interested in firmware update if it will provides some new features or fixes to common issues.
Thanks,
Andrew
Turning off sensor at controller worked I have multiple nights of system functioning.
Only problem is then rain delay did not work on the 4th. I have not had another day it was needing to delay yet so will see if that happens again.
Hello balliet75, If you’ve already turned off the rain sensor, and it’s helped i’d suggest checking your address. You may want to also check your weather adjustments page (go to settings>devices>select your device>weather adjustments its one of the top settings). Here you can change the weather station your timer is pulling data from, and you can also change the rain delay percentage and depth threshold. Or when a ran delay will be enabled. If you need any further assistance just let me know, and i’d be happy to help. P.S. your firmware is up to date.
