ParticipantRyan or whomever, can you explain to us why firmware update can only be initiated via Orbit action rather than an option on the device to check for firmware update? What is the logic behind this approach?

ParticipantI have a new 6 zone unit (WT25G2-001) with firmware DEBUG-0010. Should I be concerned?
It would probably cut down on much back and forth if latest firmware version was posted, published, or at least shared here.
My MAC is 44:67:55:02:FF:B9

Participant@Ian, no offense, but we got it. If you’re getting notifications, block the email address. I too have a very strong passphrase and am using enterprise-grade network equipment with multiple wireless APs mounted in my home, yet I have zero issues and love this timer. It sucks you had issues, but there’s no need to come here and talk about competitor x. No one cares. You had issues, returned the unit, got your money back, so be happy and go post “over there”.
@Ryan, thanks for updating my firmware.

Keymaster@TIMB this is not the normal procedure, we are working on pushing out the firmware automatically to every timer. It should be going out within the next couple of days.
@wetmore55 I’ve pushed the newest firmware to your timer.Spread the love!June 3, 2018 at 4:45 am #2528Ntingey103
