Hello Jesse9006, Your timers firmware will update automatically as long as it is connected to internet when updates are pushed. If you would like us to check if your firmware is up to date please provide us with your mac address.

Hi Ryan, here is the MAC
    44:67:55:40:A7:36
The problem is that the unit will shut down by itself. And I have to unplug and replug the power again.

After working fine for a year, my Bhyve is no longer connected to the internet, and I have tried everything to reconnect, without success.

    My MAC ID is: 46:67:55:02:0E:62

can you please check firmware, or any other assistance? it seems to be version 0031

    thanks!

Hello arf1410, your timer does have a firmware update available. However I cannot send it to your timer unless it’s connected to Wi-Fi. You may want to edit your DNS settings on your router to 8.8.8.8 with 8.8.4.4 as a back-up. Then proceed to factory reset it, and unplug your ribbon cable. If you still cannot get it to connect please contact our product support line for help from and agent. Thank you!

Hello brucedanz, I’ve updated the firmware for your timer. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Thank you!
