ParticipantHi – Can I get firmware upgrades:
44:67:55:03:1F:7D
44:67:55:03:01:8DBoth on DEBUG-0010
Not getting weather or seeing smart schedules. Also, only MAC Address: 44:67:55:03:01:8d shows on the bhyve web.

Participanthello everyone just letting you know that your firmware is now up to date.
@kanepa61 & goofyfut, in order to update your firmware your timer needs to be connected to Wi-Fi.Spread the love!June 11, 2018 at 7:12 pm #3060[email protected]

ParticipantThanks Ryan, however that is the root of the problem. The device does not maintain connection. This began late last Friday. I can connect to the system remotely right now, however it states that it hasn’t been connected for over 24 hours.
How can I get the firmware update without a stable connection?
Thanks.

ParticipantMine, too, is still on DEBUG-0010. Please push an update.
MAC Address: 44:67:55:02:8B:58
Having issues where, even after entering soil moisture levels (using an actual meter to check) and all the other smart-watering details, it wants to water my yard 4 times in a row with the first round lasting 1 hour and 29 minutes. But it also says it’s supposed to rain tomorrow (which is true).
Hoping the firmware update helps resolve this.
Myron

ParticipantI need the firmware update! I have had to cycle the power on my unit everyday to reconnect. Almost ready to send it back, only had it 2 weeks.

ParticipantHi,
First, thank you Ryan and the support team, very much, for updating my FW! Secondly, I’m sorry if I was a bit short the other day, I just needed to be up-to-date to determine if I had a FW issue or a cockpit error with my system. And, lastly, I have no issue with the support team (been there), I’m just frustrated with the FW update process given the many other examples of FW update solutions we encounter with consumer products everyday now. Please inform your management, and the developers, of your customer’s expectations.
Thanks and Regards!

Participant@goofyfut, MHawryluk, [email protected], & zmenzer, your timers are not connected to internet, so they cannot receive the firmware update. If you cannot get it to connect, and stay connected long enough for the update please call our product support line.
@Sprout, nycbrooklyn, & dana, your timers firmware is now up to date.Spread the love! -
