Is anyone else having issues with the mobile app listing you device disconnected in the phone app but it’s connected and working in the tablet app?

I get e-mails almost daily about these devices being disconnected. They’re both about 15 ft from the receiver. It makes me wonder if I can actually rely on them. I don’t push notifications from the app on my phone, so can’t compare between the app and e-mails, or app on a tablet.
I just checked the app and it says last sync was today, last connected 2 days ago and currently disconnected. I’ve pretty much given up on these devices.

I find many of the same issues, what I have noticed is the range is about 15 to 25 feet from hub to sensor to report accurately. My solution has to add another hub to shorten the distance. I also do NOT have faith that they will report in an actual case where it would be needed. Good idea, but poor execution of the sensor and the hub connection.

The only way I have found to fix the issue is to disconnect the sensor, remove the battery and then reconnect it. At the price they charge I would think they could hire better IT people to upgrade and keep the app working.
