Community Home › Community › B-Hyve Indoor/Outdoor Timer › Getting Hotter but Smart Watering Cuts Back?
I live in Phoenix and we’re starting to heat up. For some reason Smart Watering has now cut future run times in half which seems opposite of what should be happening. I would expect run times to be increasing.
What am I missing?
Thanks!
You could check your settings, and watering restrictions. If you want it to run longer you will need to go to the smart details page for each individual zone and select watering schedule adjustments to edit.
Thanks Ryan. It appears the schedules have adjusted again and the times have increased to where they were. I haven’t altered the recommended settings or added restrictions from what was originally entered at setup (which were defaults based upon my system configuration).
It just made zero sense that Smart Watering would cut back on duration when the weather is getting hotter.
