I can’t find any help how to do this common thing. The house with the bHyve is sold and the new owner needs to take over the timer, but I don’t want him to have to start over with all new setting and programming. I would like everything existing to remain, but in a new owners account. I currently have two bHyve timers in my account, and only one of them needs to move to the new owner.

I can see where I can grant someone else access, etc, but that doesn’t change the owner. Surely Orbit thought of this scenario and has a way to manage it so new owner isn’t faced with blank programming, circuits, settings, etc.

    Help!

I don’t know what the official process is but if you go into the B-hyve phone app to My B-hyve>Devices>Select your device>Device Sharing you can get a code that will allow another account access to the timer. You may be able to use the Deauthorize Device option in the Device screen after that is done to remove it from your account. Or maybe just try the Deauthorize Device option first and the new owner may be able to get it onto their own account through the normal method. I don’t know if the settings would be lost though.

I only see these options in the phone app, not the browser interface.

Would be nice if a bhyve official would fill us in, I have to do this soon as well…
