KeymasterTA & Nigel,
I have pushed an update to both of your hubs. Within the next 30 minutes you should see that your hubs on now on version 30 for firmware.

ParticipantThank you for the update! My Hub is now on Ver.30
I was hoping the update to Hub & Timer would correct my connection stability, but it looks like I still need two Hubs, one for Backyard, and one for Frontyard
Can you please update my other Hub to the latest FW version?

Keymaster@Johnnymac01 I don’t show that you have a Hose Faucet timer attached to your account, so I’m unable to see the battery life on this unit. Please make sure you have it paired with the same account and connected to your timers device group.

Keymaster@JonnyMac01 This would be a different issue from what the others on this forum are stating. If your timer display shows no battery, its likely you have it installed correctly. I’m currently writing a guide on how to determine this, but you can check it right now fairly easy.
Open the swing panel to reveal the battery. Remove the battery. When you put the battery back in, push the top of the battery under the top two prongs that are sticking out in the battery slot. Then, push the bottom of the battery down on top of the bottom prongs. Check the display again and you will see the battery has gone away. Please let me know if this helps!

ParticipantThanks Stephen. I pulled out the battery and there was a small piece of torn paper left behind after I pulled out the battery protection tag when new. Once this bit of paper was gone the battery made connection and all good.
