hello bigez65, your firmware was already set at the most current version. You will want to connect via Bluetooth to your timer that is experiencing the issue, and then try adjusting your run mode. after that try reconnecting to your timer through the hub. You may also need to update your Wi-Fi settings for the hub.

Mine just turned off on it’s own this morning. Also, I am pretty sure I am on the newest firmware. My Mac id is: 44:67:55:10:33:69

What’s going on? Also, it wwhen I choose auto in settings and go back out of the swings page. It reverts back to off. The only reason I knew the timer did this by itself is I got a notification when it happened.

    Please help čÖü

So I just replaced the batteries even with it reporting they were at 50% left and the faucet turned back to auto and all issues went away? Is the battery monitor not always accurate? It’s still showing 50% with completely different batteries.

The issue is in the Hub, it’s not forwarding the battery percent properly, we’re working on fixing that.

You can connect directly to the faucet timer via Bluetooth and it will show and update the correct percent.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello!

My timer is doing all of this for some reason. It was fine last year, but now when I go to turn it on for the season, it keeps turning itself off. I check the setting and the auto is enabled but for 2020. So I turn off auto, tell it to turn on. Close the app and re-open and its back to the same thing (off and 2020). Any suggestions?

@R3gul8or We were actually having server issues earlier that may have caused this issue. Your timer should now remain in the auto position. Please let me know if you continue to see issues with this.
