Community Home › Community › B-Hyve Indoor/Outdoor Timer › Manual mode for single zone only works for one minute
I’m establishing new lines, plants etc. on raw land, I only run in manual mode via timer (not the app) so far when I am there to monitor things. I am able to run single zones in manual mode, only have 2 zones hooked up on my 12 zone ABCD timer, but both of them shut off after 1 minute regardless of the time entered. Help!
As I type this I wonder if I’m missing a jumper for a sensor but I do recall something being in place.
I have never connected to wifi nor bluetooth, just running pure manual, no programs yet either.
I checked and the sensor inputs are jumpered. Anyone have any ideas?
@farmtech I would suggest connecting it to a Wi-Fi network so that it can get a firmware update. I don’t see it often but sometimes on the firmware the timer comes pre-loaded with, manual waterings have issues. If you can pair it and then get the update, your timer should start to work.
Thank you, my first couple forum searches the other day didn’t turn up anything but just before you replied I used some other terms and saw other folks with this issue and resolution. I’ll have to uninstall and take home and try this.
I brought the unit home, connected to wifi,
Mac 44 67 55 04 32 E1
Firm 0039
Wt25G2-0001
Is this the latest?
Manual seems to work now. I didn’t see a way to update, think it just did it automatically.
Suggestion, let us copy and paste the above data, not currently selectable on phone.
