I’m having problems with manually watering. Everything is connected with Wi-Fi perfect, but when i press manually watering, set timer, my device actually starts, but the app gives me an error after 30 seconds and asks me to connect with bluetooth.. when I do that, the timer shows up and i can stop it etc.
Already did a factory reset on everything, removed devices from account, re-added everything just fine. Problems stays the same.
Customer care told me to download an APK from google website, which sounds a bit sketchy.

There is also no watering history to see, programs are just working fine.

I own the device just since may 15th.

I’m not yet using the smart watering option so cant say anything about that.
I just found out, if i start manually watering and close the app fully, re-open the app, i can see the time left and stop it.

I am having the same issue, manual watering times out. This occurred after I did firmware updates on my devices. I use Android with a Pixel 6a. I also removed the app and reinstalled it, no better.
