I’ve had a dozen or so B-Hyve timers for the last year but can only see one of them in the web app. They are all present and accessible in the mobile app. Is the web app broken or do I need to do something to make all timers available there?

Same here. I have a B-hyve on my home and another one that I manage for our HOA community. Both show up on the app, but not on my.orbitbhyve.com online
    Very confusing!

I have a feeling that Orbit has abandoned the project. At least the online part is totally abandoned (among other things my hub, the only visible device, still shows the old home address, so it doesn’t synchronize). It is impossible to add or modify a zone, it is impossible to select a zone in a program…
Even the app is left to itself, few updates and above all zero assistance … I have sent many emails, never answered.
I live in Italy and I cannot call the USA for assistance…

Orbit does not have any mechanism for email support. Odd, I know. Where are you sending the email?

I can say the website does synchronize, for what little information is available. The app is getting more attention and updates have been coming fairly frequently. Website is pretty useless for some devices.

The website is a piece of crap. Same problem…same complaints….same lack of action from Orbit.
How their stuff works AT ALL is beyond me.
