Tagged: Wifi
Hello
I changed my router, I put the same SSID/password, but my device would not connect
I’m not sure what to do?
The new router is a Asus RTAC88U
The device in on pairing mode (blinking icon on the top left) but I always get a timeout on the phone application
the signal is strong and I see my Wifi network but I cannot connect
thanks for your help
Hello Charlesbuzz, I would suggest doing a reset of the timer. Hold the reset button down for about 10-12 seconds (until everything on the display flashes), and then try the pairing process again. This typically resolves this issue.
