I recently bought a new 21005 B-hyve Bluetooth Hose Faucet Timer. It prompted for a firmware update which ran ok. I decided since my other devices are 2+ years old they probably need the firmware upgraded – HUGE Mistake. Since upgrading the firmware on my other 21005 timers the whole system is now constantly timing out with errors. Because I put down some sod I do some manual extra watering, well I cannot because I usually get these timeout errors. I use Android, I removed the app, reinstalled it, same issue.

After seeing all the issues here on this forum it’s obvious the new firmware is buggy. Before this firmware update my system worked perfectly fine. Orbit should allow us to rollback to an earlier firmware since the current release is so broken.

Has it ever worked? Customer support couldn’t assist today because “their system wasn’t functioning” (much like their products) but did you ever manage to get the b-hyve to work.
It’s almost comical how terrible this is.

It worked great for the past 2 years, zero issues. This year after I updated the firmware it’s a disaster. I don’t understand these companies, they had a working product, they broke it, let us revert to the old firmware until they can figure what they broke.
