I also would really love to see this. I just purchased a unit and would really like to see it integrated with IFTTT.Spread the love!March 26, 2018 at 3:23 am #901honchengParticipant
Would like to see IFTTT support and API for us to do custom integration. Thanks.Spread the love!April 23, 2018 at 8:19 pm #1207nstarzParticipant
Should I return my “Orbit 57946 B-hyve Smart Indoor/Outdoor 6-Station WiFi Sprinkler System Controller”?
I been waiting for Google to be available before installing it.Spread the love!April 28, 2018 at 5:08 pm #1253rotaflexParticipant
This is purely false advertisement! I bought b-hyve instead of Rachio because it stated on the HomeDepot sign board it has APPLE HOMEKiT and GOOGLE HOME!
Yet on this forum, it says still under development and no ETA?Spread the love!May 1, 2018 at 3:01 pm #1329StephenKeymaster
We are almost ready for release on Homekit, and Google home will be right behind it.Spread the love!May 9, 2018 at 5:27 am #1517BareFeetParticipant
Same here. Please integrate with Google Assistant. Did you see the Google IO? They’re really going places…
I really hope your Google Home integration will work with my existing 6-zone device. I purchased it a month ago and installed recently in prep for the watering season, which has just started here. I’d hate to have to purchase a Gen2 model just to get Google Home integration.Spread the love!May 10, 2018 at 1:55 pm #1620DiegopParticipant
+1 on an open API and Google home. I have Alexa, Home and smartthings and would love to be able to see my b-hyve info on my smartthings tiles dashboard.Spread the love!May 14, 2018 at 5:45 am #1768jer78Participant
Please release a public API. There’s many home automation systems that we could integrate with if this was available.Spread the love!May 15, 2018 at 7:06 pm #1821Steve9292Participant
I am tired of waiting for for b hyve to work with google home. All must smart home “stuff” works with hey google…XYZ – so, I am going to buy a competitors wifi timer. No ETA is madding here and no info on if we buy now will there be just a software upgrade needed to make unit compatible with google assistant. some how you folks at Orbit just don’t get it. hiding under your decks is costing you tons of business as surely many people are like me – TIRED OF WAITING AND NO NEWS FROM ORBIT – BYE BYESpread the love!May 17, 2018 at 1:40 pm #1881simirrigationParticipant
When is the expected release of the API? I recently purchased a B-hyve faucet timer and I was planning on integrating it with my Home automation. I’ve since returned it because of a lack of API support and I’m waiting on the addition before I buy it. I’m in need of 4 faucet timers in my environment.Spread the love!May 29, 2018 at 3:56 pm #2325JetsaflParticipant
I agree bhyve needs to have a smartthings and IFTTT integration tooSpread the love!May 31, 2018 at 4:01 pm #2416StephenKeymaster
We will be making an official announcement within the next couple of days, but Google Assistant is now available. Just search Orbit Bhyve in the assistant actions page.Spread the love!May 31, 2018 at 7:48 pm #2457May 31, 2018 at 11:23 pm #2475director87Participant
Awesome! Thanks for pushing that out so quickly. Had no idea this thread would gain traction when I created it.
