I have created a program on the app, titled it, configured it. I also configured a complete Smart Watering program for all zones including all options. When I try to turn on my program, the app turns on the button for a second, and then automatically turns it off. This happens whether I have Smart Watering on or off. I need to know how to keep the button/program ON without turning off.

I’m happy to use the Smart Watering option, but by looking at the calendar, it’s clearly not watering my zones enough (week-long gaps).

Please provide me with a MAC ID of your timer so that I can take a look at the unit.

@acoletta it appears your timer isn’t taking commands from our server, likely due to it having a partial connection. Power cycle your timer and that should resolve the issue. You will likely need to re-input your commands.

Did this work for anyone? Having the same issue & power cycling the timer had no effect. FYI, I can manually control watering through the app.

It looks like this is a bug in the firmware of the timer. We are currently working on a fix for this and will have the update rolled out shortly. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
