Participantok, I’ve updated your firmware. Also even if your phone has a good signal it doesn’t mean that your timer will have the same results.

ParticipantDoes anyone have a theory of operation of this hardware? Without it, we can’t figure out what’s going on…
I have three devices all HT25-0000 and supposedly running firmware version 32 and in the same group. They were all wotfine for several weeks and now this is what I have in the tab device details:
Dev1(east) run mode -> Off, option -> control this device
Dev2(west) run mode -> Auto, option -> control this device
Dev3(west2) run mode -> Off, option -> connect bluetooth active device
Whatdoes it all mean?
Notice that all three were in: run mode -> Auto and option -> control this device
By pushing control this device it goes to some panel telling me tgat the device is off. Again a theory of operation is all we need to understand what we ard actually doing when we press all thesd buttons…Spread the love!June 9, 2018 at 7:31 am #2938gbrusa
ParticipantWhen I go to the device detail panel one of the device HT25 shows that what appears the status is OFF, if I select: Auto it stays on Auto until I change tab and come back to the device detail and find out that it went back to Off. It would be helpful to know when the device is communicating with the app and when it is not…

ParticipantCurrently one device (west2) says that it is off, battery 83%, temperature not available. When I go to Setting> Devices> (Select west2) > device run mode> Auto it takes it but when I go back to check it it reverted to OFF.
If I go to Zone> zone detail and ask to calibrate the flow it seems to give sensible numbers that are changing among successive calibrations. If I run a test (option on the upper left corner) it tries and after several seconds it says: “the server took too long to respond”. Notice that I did get a notification that a watering was completed also it reports that in the watering reports but only saying <1 minSpread the love!June 11, 2018 at 6:47 pm #3055Ryan
Participant@gbrusa, could I have the mac address to your timers to take a look? Thank you.

MAC Address: 44:67:55:01:b7:01

ParticipantI have the same issue with the program not staying on in the APP. In fact, I even setup program A from the timer panel for 1 run time and 20 minutes per zone as per the user manual. But when I set the dial to Auto and press the dial in, I never see the program and phone icon on the screen as I should. Using manual on the dial, the program is available and will cycle through as it should once started. The timer has a week wireless connection where it is located in my garage, but all other phone features work perfectly, so I can not attribute this issue to connectivity. I can manually run zones and turn the unit on and off instantly from the app. I just can not get the auto feature to work at all.

ParticipantI have the same issue and tried calling Customer Support. Spent about 30 minutes on hold and had to hang up. Then I tried to do it with an Online Chat and, after a 20 minute wait, was told I have to be standing next to my timer, which appears to be FALSE based on the comments here.
Is there any way that a support person can look into the issue based on this post?
My MAC: 44:67:55:01:d0:c3
Thanks!
