    Hello
My ‘July’ program is set to start around Midnight and 4:30 am every other day (per the water district’s audit recommendations). I also have a Garden program set to start every day at 7:30 am (drip system). I got home yesterday around 8pm and the sprinklers were on. I opened my app and it didn’t say that anything was running. The only thing I could do to get it to stop was to manually put a rain delay on. I went through the water history, calendar, and program settings and nothing showed that it should have, or was, on that evening. Then at 10:30pm I opened the app again out of curiosity and it was showing that zone 1 was running again. I only have my ‘July’ and ‘Garden’ programs set to run. The only thing I can think of that may have fouled things up was that a couple of days ago I set my Garden program to run twice a day. Because there is only one zone on that program it came up with a ‘Warning’ telling me something about it repeating itself – I hit okay. The next day I deleted the extra start time on my ‘Garden’ program realizing that I didn’t need that. I also noticed when I was trying to figure out the problem yesterday that it had disconnected from the internet briefly so I couldn’t do anything to it. I didn’t note any power outage in the area. Can someone in IT look at my clock and see if you can figure out what’s going on in there? I don’t know why it started turning on randomly yesterday instead of following the program. I’d hate for it to be turning on in the middle of the day and waste all that water. Thanks!

@gspjute This is an issue with the firmware of the timer. We will have a new version of Firmware coming out soon that will resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

I am having the same problem in June 2020. Is my software updated automatically or do I need to do something. The sprinklers are coming on in the afternoon when I definitely do not want them on at that time.

Mine does this too, and it’s a new unit. This is a very irritating software bug that needs to be fixed. Please let me know when an update is available.
