I installed this unit almost a week ago and only get the error message of “Pump Fault warning was triggered”. I have no pump or master valve. I wired the unit no issues. Upgraded from Rainbird-ESP (came with the house). The only way it will work (manually) is if it’s set to manual program & remove the common wire from its terminal, then reinsert the common wire into its terminal. It will run the full watering schedule manually. (Weird) I chatted with a representative but they were no help. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on here? Other unit worked fine. I just wanted to upgrade my box.

@jackieb2fly The only thing that would trigger a Pump fault is something wired into the pump terminal. If you don’t have anything wired into the pump terminal, then I’d like to take a look at the timer. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll take care of that for you.
