I don’t have multiple zones or valves. Only a single pump connected directly to the sprinkler heads. How should I hardware connect my Orbit Bhyve? Will the app see my install as a single zone/zone 1?
Hello do you live in Florida by chance? If so then you might have an indexing valve where all zones run from one valve that can be connected to a pump. If its just the pump and it waters everything at once, and you don’t have multiple separate zones you could just put the wires in com and sta 1. However you may need a pump start relay if you don’t already have on.
Yes, I’m in Florida.
It is just the pump straight to the pipe/hoses then sprinkler heads. No powered valves.
Can I just use the com and pump? Or do I need the relay due to the voltage difference?
If it is a pump it will need a relay, and you would put the 24vac wires in com and pump. If it’s just an indexing valve you will not need a relay and will put your wires in com and terminal 1.
