I’m having trouble understanding the smart watering feature. I have 3 zones setup and intervals of 3 days between watering and yet it wants to water every night according to my app. Also, the watering history does not match my past watering times on the calander?? On top of that, when I log on the website to view my upcoming schedule, it does not match my schedule in the app?….So confusing. Please help. Here’s the Mac address for my timer to see if my settings are off.

Wanted to add that each zone run time is 66min(split between 3 cycles) and I believe thats WAY too much water for my yard. Last night it put down 3hrs. of water….how is that saving water?? When I adjust the run time in the zones smart water details page, it changes the soil level back to zero and wants to water that same night again. Obviously I’m too dumb for the smart water feature and may just have to create my own custom schedules….I did order some catch cups to aid in that!!

Adjusting the soil moisture level to zero will make it think your ground is dry and needs to be watered. Then settings you’d want to edit would be watering schedule adjustments to decrease the runtime. I’ve updated your firmware, so please let us know if you have any further issues. Use the calendar for projected watering cycles, and the watering history for the actual history.

Sorry what I meant was that when I adjusted my watering schedule to decrease run time, it would set my moisture level to zero….I didn’t adjust the soil levels. I guess the calendar is confusing to me because it showed projections to water every night/morning with hours of watering. I’ve since changed the smart water start time and adjusted the run time by half and my moisture levels seem to be near 100% now.

Now it says device not connected. All internet/wifi is working. Unplug the timer and plug back in, nothing….absolutely nothing works. The timer doesn’t light up or show any signs of power. After 3 days of frustration, guess I’ll return it and buy something else.
