I have had this system a little over a month now. For one month, it worked great. It watered when it needed and would automatically place a rain delay when it was going to rain. It did great! Now, it does nothing. Total waste of money. Smart Watering is turned on, no settings have changed from when it was working previously. It randomly places rain delays with no rain in the forecast and has no plan to water the grass in the future. It tells me “You have no programs scheduled”. Well… You are automatically supposed to schedule that for me. What gives?

hello MichaelB, I would suggest checking the weather station that is connected to your timer, you may also want to check your smart details particularly in your watering schedule adjustments. If you’d like us to check for any firmware updates, and/or other issues as well please provide us with your mac address.

I’ve tried a different weather stations. The only “restriction” I have is to use less water, but there are no day restrictions. Not really sure what else to check.

Also, here is the hub. The other two were hose timers.

MichaelB, your timers and hub are up to date. Try going to each zones smart details page and select the watering schedule adjustment page. Here you can use the slide bars to adjust the runtime and frequency of each watering cycle. The runtime adjustments are displayed under estimated duration up at the top, and the frequency settings are displayed in the calendar under estimated intervals. If you have any questions, or need any help just let me know.
