Sorry I missed your reply earlier. MAC addresses below. Both timers should be set for identical conditions, just different sprinklers.
4467550212a4 shows no pending watering. Nothing since I installed them in Feb. It says “smart watering every ” I have tried to enable smart watering but it doesn’t seem to stick or work on this unit.
446755000b75 Has watered twice since Feb. Seems a little lite.
I’m in the SF Bay Area and we have had no rain for several weeks.
I think I figured it out. A water restriction from 10 PM to 10 PM was set somehow. It took some searching to find where and reset it. I’ll know soon if its all working right.
@beisserer and marksalot, I’ve checked both of your systems and they are running and scheduling water normally for all the zones you have entered. It is normal for smart watering to run a station multiple times. As a reminder smart watering is not a set schedule. It will take the information you have entered along with the weather and watering history to water each zone when it needs water. If it is not watering to your liking you can try adding restrictions. Or you could try editing it through watering schedule adjustments in each zones smart details page. Under smart watering the schedule will always be changing/updating, if you do not like this then I would suggest setting a custom program.
Hello.I’m having the same problem!! I have 3 zones set for lawn. Only zone 1 and 2 water. Looks like zone 3 never gets scheduled and watered. Please help me!

Hello mattia, I’ve just updated your firmware and checked your history and everything looks to be ok. Let it sit for a few days and create a watering schedule. (however you have rain for the rest of this week and next week, so it may be a while until it actually sets up a schedule) If it continues act strangely please contact us.
