Using the app, my temperature/forecast is not displaying in the top right corner of the app home page. Please advise!
Check your device under devices.
Make sure you have an address (zip code) in there?
I don’t work for b-hyve
Thank you. I fixed that using my desktop and it looked like it updated the time stamp but the temperature still does not display.
Side note: Why is this forum time stamped for 3:46 AM. Am I missing a time zone
TommyJohnRice, what is the MAC ID of your timer?
I am having the same issue. No temp/ no programs scheduled. Mac id is 44:67:55:03:08:01. Please help.
Ok. Now I have 2 Smart programs scheduled to run back to back. Why?
Also, still no temp reading in app.
Hello cdroste, having smart watering run back to back is normal, and a function of smart watering. I’ve updated your firmware and so that should fix any issues with your weather You need to enter your whole address though.
Thanks for your help. I updated my address, but temp reading still appears be off by quite a lot. 14 deg. Can this be corrected?
Mine didn’t show yesterday, but it is showing today. Weird.

I am experiencing the same problems as above users. The temperature doesn’t show and the date is off by a day even though I have entered my address and zip into the setup program. I also I have set up the smart watering feature but unfortunately no “Smart Watering” schedule appears. Please look into my timer as well as my firmware. My firmware version shows DEBUG 0013. MAC address is 44:67:55:40:AA:47. Hardware Version WT24-0001
your firmware is now up to date, please let us know if you have any further issues.
@Digger.Oddell, your firmware has already been updated if your issue continues please re-enter your address in and update your Wi-Fi settings.
Ok, thank you Ryan. The date and temperatures are now showing but it shows in degrees Celsius is there anyway to get it switched to Fahrenheit?
