I have had device since May and I believe it the third time it has lost connection to WIFI. I restarted it and nothing, I eventually did a reset and will reprogram, but trying to establish a connection to it, my android connected to my device and now I get the message “blah blah blah This device may be associated with another account”

    MAC address: 44:67:55:02:A6:71

    Need assistance.

Do I really have to register my device with Orbit? Why?

Hello bmsentosa, I’ve taken a look at your device and everything seems to be in order, and It seems to still be connected to your account. You didn’t try making a new account did you? Were you trying to add it again after resetting it? You would only have to do so if you deauthorized it(removed it from your account). If you’re still having issues with this please let me know.

Hello Japanbike, did you just purchase and install your unit? Or was it an existing system?

Hello Japanbike, It looks like you’re paired your timer already. Do you still have any issues with accessing your timer and/or account?
