My device is unable to keep the time/date accurately. If I set it, then it falls behind by several hours after a day or two. My device addr is 44:67:55:03:04:B9. Thanks
Note that my firmware version appears to be 0023, Hardware version WT25G2-0001

The timer relies on the server to set the date and time based on the timer’s location.
Your timer does not currently have a location set, it needs at least the postal code.
You can update this in the device detail screen.
Hope this helps.

Also just noticed that your timer isn’t actually connected. It was reporting that it was watering but it was beyond the scheduled time so I tried to clear that but it could not and then I was able to see that the timer wasn’t actually connected.
It may just need to be power cycled to reset that.
Once reconnected we could also push a firmware update to it for you.
Thanks!
Thanks. I updated the address/location. I also power-cycled the unit so that you can update the firmware. I am (and have been) able to connect to my device via the App while on 4G/LTE or within my own home network.
Note that I manually started my programs the other day because the timer was off and was not watering automatically due to my schedule (which might explain what you saw in the logs/history).

I was able to upgrade your timer to the latest version.
Let us know if you see any issues.
Thanks!
