Two new timers. Worked for 2 days… Now cannot connect. Bluetooth works but wifi states “timer is taking too long to respond”

    Not a great first impression.

FYI i have many devices on wifi, don’t suggest it’s my wifi.

    Please advise.

Hello Serpico, It would probably be best if you called over he phone to speak to an agent. However here are a few things you could try.
If you are able, edit your DNS settings on your router to 8.8.8.8 with 8.8.4.4 as a back-up. You may also want to try and factory reset your timer, unplug your timers ribbon cable for about 5 seconds, and then try updating your Wi-Fi settings. Once it is connected we can check, and see if there are any available firmware updates for your timer if you provide us with your mac address. If you have any other question please just let us know.

This equipment is junk. Indoor timer fails to connect and won’t factory reset. 2 faucet timers fail to connect after 2 days. Junk. Wasted 4+hours of my time and $250 … Returning. Don’t waste your time nor money.

Serpico, i’m sorry you feel that way, and have been having issues with your timer. If you haven’t yet returned then and want to try again I can take a look a your timers through their mac address to see if there’s anything we can do on our end to help you get them connected. We’d love to help out in any way we can.
