I recently installed a B-Hyve 12 Station model 57950. The wifi and app are synched, however; after the installation my sprinklers are not turning on. I purchased new sprinkler wire and a multi-meter to run some tests. The station was set for manual operation and the voltage was tested by inserting a prob into the “Common” circuit and then the station number that was supposed to be running. Three different station circuits were tested and all showed 0 voltage. Does anybody have an idea of what might be causing this issue and what the solution could be. I’ve spent an hour on hold when calling into customer service so I’m praying the forum will uncover a solution.
Thanks,
MJ

Make sure the jumper wire is still present in the sensor terminals, if this is missing it will not power on any zones.
If it is missing and you don’t know where it is any piece of station wire can be used to jumper the two sensor terminals together.
Hope this helps!
